Local Phone Numbers: If you’re using the local number then you’ll need to pay:

      Picture Message: To send a picture message $ 0.0200 per message and to receive $ 0.0100.

Toll-Free Numbers: If you’re using the local number then you’ll need to pay:

Phone Number Pricing for Sending Messages 

Clean Local Numbers: These phone numbers are supposed to be spam free with a 120-day seven-point inspection. It will cost you $ 1.15 per month and you can send 1 message per second.

Toll‑free Numbers: These phone numbers are also supposed to be spam free with a 120-day seven-point inspection. It will cost you $ 2.15 per month and you can send 3 messages per second. 

High-Volume Short Code: With a high-volume short code, you can send more than 100 messages per second. If you already have a short code then you can migrate it, otherwise, you can lease a new one. Twilio will manage the entire process of leasing a short code. If you bought a Twilio leased short code then it will cost you $1000/month. In case, you already have a short code then you need to pay $500/per month.

Use Your Existing Number: You can also use your existing phone number with Twilio SMS API. It will cost you $ 0.50 per month and you can send 1 message per second.
